Questions
When should I start looking for a wig?
Before your first treatment if you can, while your hair is still the way you know it. Hair often starts to fall about two to three weeks in. Your care team can tell you what to expect with your treatment.
What if my hair has already gone?
Use an older photo of yourself with your hair for the best spec. You can still try wigs and brows with a photo from today.
How close is the preview to the real wig?
It is a guide, not a promise. Colour shifts with light and screens, so please confirm it in daylight with a fitter.
What happens to my photos?
They stay in your private kit. You choose how long we keep them, and you can delete everything at any time. Our imaging partner removes them from its servers within 30 days.
Can I do this for someone I care for?
Yes. You can take the photos together, and share the spec with them or their wig shop.
